Home

A famous quote says, "Home is a place you grow up wanting to leave, and grow old wanting to get back to." I think that is beautiful. When I found it a while back, it expressed something I had been feeling for a long time. Going home always brings new emotions each time I am back. I have learned something new just these past few days I have been home. Omaha really only has two things to offer me.. My Home, and My Family. Yes, I do have friends, but I only keep in contact with a few good ones. Maybe I am crazy and no one else who is married feels this way. I love getting older and realizing all the funny stupid things I used to think were important, actually have no importance at all, and that there are a precious few things in life that mean everything in the world.

Trip to Utah

We had a lot of time on our hands this past week(waiting to move our stuff into our new apartment so we can go home)..so we decided to go visit Ty, Jen, and the kiddos. Like always, it was a good trip. How can you not have fun with these three precious kiddos.

One of the days we went to this cool waterpark thing they have in Ogden. I was chasing the two kids around and holding Will on my hip, I felt like a mom for a a few minutes. This little kid looked at me when i was holding Will and said, "Your baby is cute.".. I just smiled and said thanks.
